How can I track my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can also view your order status by logging into your Sulwhasoo account and visiting the 'Order History' section.
What is your return policy for skincare products?
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested unless there is a confirmed product defect.
Are Sulwhasoo products suitable for sensitive skin?
Sulwhasoo products are formulated with traditional Korean medicinal herbs and undergo rigorous dermatological testing. However, as everyone's skin is unique, we recommend reviewing the full ingredient list or performing a patch test before full application.

How do I determine the correct order of application for my products?
Generally, we recommend applying products from thinnest to thickest consistency. Start with our First Care Activating Serum, followed by balancing water, emulsion, serum, and finally, your eye cream and moisturizing cream.
